Embedded Computing Design Mentions Discovery Machine, Inc.

August 10, 2006 - Discovery Machine, Inc. was recently mentioned in an article on embedded-computing.com in regards to its software's ability to build intelligent agents. Below is a quotation from the article:

"Discovery Machine showed their tools for knowledge capture and engineering, with the ability to build models, simulations, and intelligent agents without scripting languages or complex rule-based systems. Designers can sketch systems, view results of testing strategies, and build customized dashboards to aid in decision making."

Dr. Griffith presents at 2006 I/ITSEC Conference

August 10, 2006 - Dr. Todd Griffith will be presenting at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC), December 4-7, 2006, in Orlando, FL, at the Orange County Convention Center.

At the "Training System Design" session on Wednesday, Dec. 6th, 2006 between 8:00am and 9:30am Dr. Griffith will describe a method for quickly building domain specific knowledge-capture interfaces (DSKCIs) that enable experts to encode entity behaviors on their desktop computers - without requiring the use of complex programming syntax. It will also describe a method for quickly and effectively producing agents for Computer Generated Force (CGF) systems through the development of DSKCIs. A prototype dashboard will also discussed including an usability sessions with experts.

Anyone who is interested is encouraged to attend.

Discovery Machine recognized for its work

June 21, 2006 - The Williamsport Sun Gazette newspaper recently visited Discovery Machine headquarters and published articles about its newly awarded Navy contract and its portfolio.
